With our precision CNC Laser and Router cutting tables, we can cut letters, words, shapes, outlines, holes, logo’s, graphics ,stencils for painting and airbrushing from a variety of plastics.

 

 

Our laser cutting /engraving machine is one of the largest in the industry. It can accept sheet sizes up to 1500mm x 1200mm    and cut up to 12mm thick in most plastic materials. The laser cuts with a clean, polished finish.

 

The CNC Flatbed router can accept sheet sizes up to 2000mm x 3000mm and cut up to 100mm thick. Materials for routing include acrylic, polycarbonate, PVC, polyethylene, polypropylene, foam, timber and aluminium.

 

Supply us with a drawing or graphic by email or disc in DXF format.

Or we can scan your drawing, or design your custom part/ shape using our CAD design package.
